The City of Miami Commission has approved a $12.5 million settlement to end a long-standing legal dispute with a Little Havana bar, El Exquisito. The bar, which has been closed since 2017, had sued the city over a zoning dispute. The settlement includes a payment of $10.5 million to the bar’s owners and $2 million for legal fees.
