According to a new survey, about 43% of Gen Zers (people born between 1997 and 2012) wish they could work remotely full-time. The survey, conducted by FlexJobs, also found that 75% of Gen Zers would prefer a job with flexible work hours. The top reasons Gen Zers cited for wanting to work remotely were the ability to have a better work-life balance, save time and money on commuting, and the flexibility to travel.
