Nebraska volleyball (13-5, 7-3 Big Ten) is on a three-match winning streak after defeating Northwestern and Rutgers last week. The Huskers’ serving has been a key factor in their recent success, with 12 aces in the two victories. Against Northwestern, junior Nicklin Hames had a career-high 11 aces. The team is also preparing for its match against Purdue on Wednesday. Head coach John Cook praised sophomore Callie Schwarzenbach for her improvement and named freshman Kenzie Knuckles as a player to watch. Cook also expressed pride in senior libero Kenzie Beason, who recently reached 1,000 career digs.
