Moninder Singh Pandher, a businessman from Delhi, has been cast as Surinder Koli in the upcoming Bollywood film ‘Sector 36’. The movie is reportedly inspired by the Nithari killings, a series of rapes and murders that took place in Nithari, Delhi, between 1996 and 2006. The real-life Surinder Koli was a security guard and was accused of being involved in the crimes, but was later acquitted due to lack of evidence.
