Actress Erika Alexander, a Philadelphia native, received an honorary street renaming in her hometown on Saturday. The intersection of 15th and Montgomery Streets in the Sharswood neighborhood is now named ‘Erika Alexander Way’. The renaming ceremony was attended by community members, city officials, and Alexander herself. The actress is best known for her roles in ‘Living Single’ and ‘The Cosby Show’.
