Baltimore prosecutors are seeking an 18-year prison sentence for a neo-Nazi man accused of planning an attack on the city’s power grid. The man, identified as William Bilbrough IV, was arrested in May 2021 and charged with attempting to damage an essential energy infrastructure. According to court documents, Bilbrough had been communicating with an undercover FBI agent about his plans since January 2021. He allegedly discussed the use of explosives and provided detailed instructions on how to carry out the attack. The power grid attack was intended to cause widespread chaos and economic damage in the city.
