The Boston Red Sox are mourning the loss of former pitcher Luis Tiant, who passed away at the age of 84. Tiant pitched for the Red Sox from 1964 to 1968 and again from 1971 to 1975. He was a two-time All-Star and helped the Red Sox win the American League pennant in 1967. Tiant also pitched for the Cleveland Indians, Minnesota Twins, and New York Yankees during his 19-year Major League Baseball career.
