SAP SE announced the completion of its acquisition of Walkme Inc., a digital adoption platform provider. The deal, valued at approximately $2.2 billion, was first announced in October 2020. Walkme’s technology is expected to enhance SAP’s offerings in the area of user experience and digital transformation.
