South Carolina football coaches Shane Beamer and Jake Borne, along with former player Zacch Pickens, were charged with misdemeanors following an altercation at a bar in Columbia, according to police. Beamer, the Gamecocks’ head coach, and Borne, the team’s tight ends coach, were each charged with simple assault, while Pickens, a defensive lineman, was charged with disorderly conduct. No injuries were reported.
