South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem’s campaign manager, Nicole Disseraho, has resigned from her position effective immediately, according to a statement from the campaign. Disseraho, who has been with Noem’s team since 2018, did not give a reason for her departure. Noem is seeking re-election in November.
