South Korea’s land ministry has announced that it will allow foreigners to purchase properties in certain areas of the country starting from January 2023. The move is aimed at attracting more foreign investment and boosting the real estate market. The areas where foreigners will be allowed to buy properties include Gangnam, Seocho, and Songpa districts in Seoul, as well as some parts of Busan and Incheon.
