A Spartanburg man is $1 million richer after winning the South Carolina Education Lottery’s Cash 5 jackpot on Wednesday, October 27. The winning numbers were 1, 5, 11, 21, and 31. The man, who chose to remain anonymous, bought his ticket at the Kangaroo Express on Reidville Road. He plans to use the winnings to pay off bills and save for retirement.
