The San Antonio Spurs have signed guard Javonte Green, who spent the last two seasons at Texas Christian University, the team announced Tuesday. Green, a 6-foot-5 guard, averaged 11.1 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game for the Horned Frogs last season.
