A man in Tampa Bay is refusing to leave his sailboat as Hurricane Milton approaches. The man, identified as 51-year-old John Doe, has ignored warnings from authorities to evacuate. Doe’s sailboat is currently anchored near the Davis Islands Bridge. In 2005, Doe was arrested for allegedly setting a woman on fire.
