Pop star Taylor Swift’s endorsement of Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris during a campaign rally in Tennessee backfired when a video of her stating she would rather vote for a ‘snake’ than for President Donald Trump resurfaced. Swift made the comment during her feud with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in 2016. Harris responded to Swift’s endorsement by saying, ‘We should express our gratitude to Taylor Swift for her continued support.’
