The 48th Annual Texas Renaissance Festival kicked off last weekend in Todd Mission, Texas. The event, which runs through November 21, attracts thousands of visitors each year who come to experience the sights, sounds, and tastes of the Renaissance period. Visitors can attend jousting tournaments, watch artisans demonstrate their crafts, and enjoy traditional Renaissance food and drink. The festival covers 125 acres and features 12 stages of continuous entertainment. This year’s theme is ‘The Age of Chivalry: Knights of the Round Table’.
