Tom Hanks’ New Film ‘News of the World’ Acquired by Universal

Universal Pictures has secured the rights to distribute Tom Hanks’ upcoming film ‘News of the World’. The post-Civil War drama, based on the novel by Paulette Jiles, will hit theaters on December 25, 2020.
