According to a new book, former President Donald Trump considered ousting Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley after the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021. The book, ‘Peril’ by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, alleges that Trump was angry with Milley for not doing enough to help him overturn the election results.
