Former President Donald Trump’s company sold commemorative coins with the phrase ‘Keep America Great’ before the Capitol riot in January 2021, according to a report by The Guardian. The coins, which cost $35 each, were marketed as a way for supporters to ‘show their patriotism’ and ‘join the movement’. The sale of the coins continued even after the riot, which left five people dead and over 140 injured.
