The top federal prosecutor in Manhattan is overseeing an investigation into a threatening letter sent to the Trump Organization that discussed assassinating former President Donald Trump, according to two sources familiar with the matter. The letter, which was intercepted by the Secret Service last month, was sent to Trump Tower in New York City.
