The New York Yankees have left pitcher Marcus Stroman off their American League Division Series roster, a decision manager Aaron Boone described as ‘difficult’. Stroman, who joined the team in August, pitched well in his final start of the regular season but was not included in the initial 13-man pitching staff for the ALDS against the Cleveland Guardians.
