Zak Brown, McLaren Racing CEO, has joined the board of Andretti Acquisition Corp II. The special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) is planning to merge with a target business in the motorsports industry. Brown’s involvement could indicate a potential acquisition target. Andretti Acquisition Corp II raised $300 million in its initial public offering in February 2021.
