Jeff Bezos, the world’s richest person, has filed a lawsuit against Douglas Elliman Real Estate for listing his unbuilt Miami mansion without his consent. The 15,000-square-foot waterfront property, located in Indian Creek, was listed for $165 million. The lawsuit alleges that Leo Kryss, a broker with Douglas Elliman, showed the property to potential buyers despite Bezos’ explicit instructions not to.
