The National Labor Relations Board has filed a complaint against FCA US and its Belvidere Assembly Plant in Illinois, alleging that the company violated labor laws during union organizing efforts. The NLRB claims that FCA US interfered with employees’ rights to form a union and retaliated against workers who supported the United Auto Workers.
